3 beautiful colours, 3 unique tastes, 3 super-powered smoothies to cleanse your body, boost your immune system and power up 3 days of your week.
Smoothies have been part of our daily diet routine for a few years now. They're easy to make, refreshing yet filling, you have never-ending options of what can go in them and most of the times they're super healthy.
It was hard to choose which one we liked the most , that's why we decided to offer 3 of them in one post so you can try them all and choose the one you like the most.
The berries and bananas we add are frozen but if you have fresh that also works.
We use oat mylk as our main plant based mylk as it's the most environmentally friendly mylk out there but feel free to substitute it with your favourite or swap it for coconut water.
